This website was
created to allow you to rapidly access the estimated blocks of shared
ancestry between two strains of inbred mice.
Its main aim is
to help scientists prioritize linkage regions : by selecting two inbred
strains and the chromosome where linkage was
found from the
boxes below, you will be taken to a visual representation of the blocks along
the chromosome and will be able to
download the start and end
positions of the blocks. The database contains information on 21,514 SNPs
(public build 33) across 61
strains. The data was compiled from the Merck dataset, the Jackson's Laboratory and the WTCHG.
